Binares (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the ShopPal app as a free application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
ShopPal does not require you to create an account and does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Automatically Collected Data
We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to improve app stability and understand general usage patterns. These services may automatically collect:
- Crash logs and diagnostics
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- General usage statistics (e.g., app opens, feature usage)
- Anonymous app instance identifiers
This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.
How We Use This Information
We use the automatically collected data solely to:
- Identify and fix crashes and bugs
- Understand which features are used to improve the app
- Monitor overall app performance
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except:
- Firebase (Google) — processes analytics and crash data on our behalf, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy
Data Storage and Security
All data collected by Firebase is processed and stored by Google on servers secured according to industry standards. We do not maintain separate servers for user data.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws, you have the right to:
- Request access to data associated with your device
- Request deletion of such data
- Object to data processing

You may also limit data collection by disabling analytics in your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Children’s Privacy
ShopPal does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
